About PulseForge
PulseForge started when three operators grew tired of glossy deck-driven training that skipped the awkward middle of real migrations. We wanted a place where handwritten notes, lab rebuild checklists, and modest cohort sizes mattered more than theater.
Principles we repeat in every syllabus
- Document the boring steps first; excitement comes later.
- Prefer synthetic data in shared labs over “just this once” production copies.
- Treat certification as a checkpoint, not a personality trait.
- Leave room in schedules for sleep, especially for members working shifts.
